“We are on the cusp of revolutionary change in transportation technology, these changes can translate to significant economic opportunities, as well as safety and health benefits for our society. But many technical and policy challenges remain to be solved before society can fully benefit from these technology advancements.” - James Grimsley, Executive Director of Advanced Technology Initiatives, Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma
Our friends at the Oklahoma City Innovation District are hosting a virtual symposium focusing on one of the city's most relevant, cross-industry subjects - Autonomous Systems. Autonomous Systems are vehicles that guide themselves when tasked by a user, but move without direct user input; they are key to the global transformation of jobs and product/service delivery and are embedded in our daily lives.
The Symposium will consist of presentations, panels and discussions from national, industry experts. Attendees will learn how autonomous technology is shaping and redefining the global economy, and how Oklahoma is at the forefront!
